Abstrak

             Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  kontribusi rana prasarana, pelayanan administrasi akademik, kinerja dosen terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dalam layanan akademik di STKIP Citra Bakti.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini mahasiswa/i dari Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) dan Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi (PJKR) STKIP Citra Bakti yang telah mengikuti perkuliahan lebih dari dua semester, sebanyak 228 orang dimana mahasiswa tersebut diasumsikan telah merasakan dan memanfaatkan sarana prasarana kampus, pelayanan administrasi, dan proses pembelajaran oleh dosen secara menyeluruh, dan  sampelnya adalah sebagian dari mahasiswa Prodi PGSD dan PJKR  yang akan diambil melalui teknik simpe  random sampling. Sesuai dengan tabel Krejcie  dan Morgan serta formula Wenwich banyaknya anggota sampel yang diambil adalah 144 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik  simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto dengan teknik korelasioanal. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian  ini  menggunakan   kuesioner dengan mengikuti pola Likert. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi ganda.
                                                                                          
 Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan sarana prasarana terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dalam layanan akademik  melalui persamaan regresi  Ŷ= 95.746+0,560 X1 dengan kontribusi sebesar  17,8%,  dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 14%,  (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan pelayanan administrasi akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dalam layanan akademik  melalui persamaan regresi  Ŷ= 142.171 + 0,441 X2 dengan kontribusi sebesar  3,8% dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 2,9%. , (3) terdapat kontribusi yang  signifikan kinerja dosen terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dalam layanan akademik melalui persamaan regresi  Ŷ= 103.853+ 0,531X3 dengan kontribusi sebesar  7,7%, dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 6,0% , (4) terdapat kontribusi  yang  signifikan secara simultan sarana prasarana, pelayanan administrasi akademik, kinerja dosen terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dalam layanan akademik  melalui  persamaan regresi Ŷ  = 25,516 + 3,283 X1 + 0,248 X2 + 0,244 X3 dengan kontribusi sebesar 22,9 %.

THE CONTRIBUTION OF INFRASTRUCTURES, ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION SERVICES, AND LECTURER’S PERFORMANCE UPON STUDENT’S SATISFACTION IN ACADEMIC SERVICES

Abstract
This research aimed at finding out the contribution of infrastructures, academic administration services, and lecturer’s performance upon student’s satisfaction in academic services in STKIP Citra Bakti. The population in this study was students of Teacher Education for Elementary School (PGSD) and Physical Education, Health and Recreation (PJKR) STKIP  Citra Bakti who have followed lecture for more than two semester, with total 228 where those students were assumed to have been felt and used campus infrastructures, administration services and learning process by lecturers thoroughly, and the sample is a part of Teacher Education for Elementary School (PGSD) and Physical Education, Health and Recreation (PJKR) students which would be taken through technique simple random sampling. In accordance with the table of Krejcie and Morgan and also Wenwich formula, the total of member samples which taken were 144 people. The sample collection was done by a simple random sampling. This research used design ex-post facto with co-relational technique. The data collected in this research used a questionnaire by following a pattern of Likert. Data analyzed by double regression analysis. The result of the study shows that: (1) there are significant contribution of infrastructures upon student’s satisfaction in academic services through the regression equation is Ŷ = 95.746 + 0,560 x1 contributing of 17,8 % , and contributions of the effectiveness is 14 % , (2) there are significant contribution of administration services academic upon student’s satisfaction in academic services through the regression equation is Ŷ=142.171 + 0,441 x2 contributing of 3.8 % and contributions of the effectiveness is 2.9 % , (3 ) there are significant contribution of performance lecturers upon student’s satisfaction in academic services through the regression equation is Ŷ = 103.853 + 0,531x3 contributing of 7.7 % , and contributions of the effectiveness is 6 % , (4) there are significant contribution simultaneously of infrastructures, academic administration services, lecturer’s performance upon student’s satisfaction in academic services through the regression equation is Ŷ  = 25,516 + 3,283 x1 + 0,248 x2 + 0,244 x3 contributing of 22,9 % .
